Start with travel effort and atmosphere
From Vilnius, Birštonas is a practical short resort trip by intercity bus; Druskininkai needs a longer onward journey. Palanga makes more sense when the coast is already part of your route, especially from Klaipėda or Palanga Airport. Compare current bus or rail connections for your date rather than treating a map distance as door-to-door time. All three have pool and treatment options, but a room-only rate, pool-inclusive stay and treatment programme are different products.
Find places to stay nearby
Set dates and guests, then update the map to compare nearby stays. On the booking website, set the room count and each child’s actual age, then review the dates, all guests, location, total price, reviews and booking conditions before paying.

The accommodation map loads only when you choose to allow Stay22.
Compare the destinations first
Druskininkai
Forest resort with many sanatoriums and spa hotels plus a separate water park. A flexible family choice if children want activities beyond a hotel pool. For treatments, compare Eglė Medical Spa or SPA VILNIUS programmes with room and meal terms; see the destination guide for property detail.

Smaller, calmer Nemunas-loop resort. Vytautas Mineral SPA includes breakfast and pool/sauna access in its accommodation offer; Eglė has both bed-and-breakfast and fuller treatment programmes. Royal SPA offers separate room and treatment products. Compare exact inclusions in the Birštonas guide.
Read the stay guidePalanga
A spa stay with Baltic beach and pine-forest walks. Palanga Life Balance SPA Hotel and Mercure Palanga Vanagupe are listed by the tourism office, but their room, pool and treatment inclusions must be checked for the chosen rate. Families wanting a kitchen or quieter beach base may prefer an apartment; see the Palanga guide.

- Separate room-only, breakfast and pool access from included treatments; count sessions per person and per night.
- Check minimum nights, treatment reservation windows, children’s access and any local resort fee before comparing totals.
- For medical or rehabilitation treatment, ask the provider which programme and professional assessment apply to you; hotel spa access alone is not a treatment plan.
